Remembering also the importance of a co-partnership of specialists brought in as Witnesses to the Hearing of Evidence in Court.

This approach will necessarily be a gradual process towards possibly a trial run, starter, or public rehearsal, or whatever the conditions might be once a substantial amount of evidence has been received and people of all appropriate skills are engaged.
