The Court of Art as 'Culture Versus Art' is an artist led partnership between artists.

The purpose is to explore questions on differences between art and culture and to examine the relationship to human rights in terms of cultural rights and the place of the arts in education and society.

It is proposed that a small core of people will be engaged in the formation and development of 'cva'.

As suggested in the home text of the working document people engaged in this will perform important functions such as, artists, lawyers, writers, critics, philosophers, and so on, depending on the priorities required,
